The
earlier copies of -On Land- had details of setting up a differential
speaker system which enhanced the feeling of the music surrounding the
listener. These details not included on later pressings or on the CD. The
system that Eno described works in much the same way as a simplified passive
Dolby Surround Sound System. As I like the effect that it produces, there
are details to be found by using the link above. Alternatively, you can
see the original text and diagram from the liner
notes from On Land on the HyperReal Brian Eno site.
I have also created a Windows 95 Brian Eno theme file that is downloadable from from this link to EnoWeb. Please note that the audio files in the theme are MPG format, and you will need to have mpg support to hear the audio files properly. The file is a compresses zip file and you need to have some idea of how to install a theme. It is located on the Eno World Site which is a good place to visit for Eno information. The Open Directory Project also includes an extensive listing on Brian Eno here.

Brian Eno Kite Stories page at the Kiasma Gallery Helsinki - sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't - it seems to be there at the moment but it does cause my computer to crash because of the flash animation.
